Expense doesn’t engender trust

Regarding the Wednesday article, “How a Web site could fix our traffic”: Did it say the UW received a $2.6 million federal grant to create this Web site? With expense ratios like that floating around, is it any wonder we don’t trust the state to spend our money fixing the actual roads?
