Arlington

n $901 to the Washington State Department of Transportation in Olympia for construction costs for the 172nd Street NE overpass from April to November 2007.

n $1,412 to McNeil Grave Marker in Saint Joseph, Mo., for headstones for the city’s cemetery.

n $1,527 to Body Craft of Smokey Point for the city’s share of repair costs for a police car.

Everett

n $14,226 to HS World Co. Inc. for graffiti removal at Silver Lake, Walter E. Hall skate park and the park office building at Thornton Sullivan Park.

n $30,740 to HWA Geosciences Inc. of Lynnwood for groundwater monitoring at Everett Riverfront.

Monroe

n $3,020 to Puget Sound Energy of Bellevue for natural gas.

n $147 to LexisNexis online database for police investigations.

n $1,604 to the Monroe Monitor for advertising.

Snohomish

n $49 to Ann Stanton, a city employee, for mileage reimbursement between Aug. 21 and Dec. 20.

n $100 to the Association of Snohomish County Cities and Towns for annual membership dues.
