Level III sex offender locates in Mill Creek

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is releasing information on a level III sex offender who resides in the 16600 block of 6th Ave. SE in Mill Creek.
According to official documents, Harold G. Brown pled guilty to two counts of Child Molestation, first degree, in early 1992. One month later, he was found guilty for the crime of Rape of a Child, second degree.
Brown’s victims were females ages 5, 8 and 13. The 13-year-old became acquainted with Brown over the Internet. Brown is described as a 39-year-old white male, 5’9”, 190 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
