Dec. 17
Intimidation. 1800 168th Pl SE. Mill Creek resident reported receiving threatening phone calls.
Prowler. 14000 block of SR527. Mill Creek resident reporter their vehicle was broken into and the ignition vandalized.
Traffic. SR527 and Trillium Road. Mill Creek police responded to a two car non-injury accident. A Lake Stevens resident failed to notice traffic ahead of him had stopped and he rear ended a Mountlake Terrace resident.
Theft. 15429 SR527. A Mill Creek resident reported her wallet stolen from the library.
Hit and Run. 164th St SE and 9th Avenue SE. A Woodinville resident reported her vehicle had struck by a Federal Way resident who failed to stop and drove off.
Traffic. 16300 block of SR527. Mill Creek police responded to a two-car non injury accident. A Bothell resident made a left turn in front of another Bothell resident, causing a collision.
Dec. 16
Theft. 15000 block Mill Creek Blvd. SE. Mill Creek business reported the theft of a flute from the store. Value $589.
Dec. 15
Theft. 13000 block Mill Creek Blvd. Man reported that his vehicle has been broken into and several items taken. Estimated value $1,050.
Theft. 1700 block 132nd St. SE. Police responded to a report of a theft from a local business. An unknown person entered the business and stole a case of beer and fled on foot. Police investigation is continuing. Property valued at $20.
Burglary. 13500 block of SR527. Mill Creek officers responded to an alarm at a local business. Upon their arrival officers notices that the front door had been broken in. Investigation continues.
Traffic. Driving with license suspended. 164th St. SE and 1st Ave. SE. Police stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation and for having canceled vehicle registration. During the stop police learned that the drivers license was suspended. Driver was arrested and issued citations for the offenses.
Traffic. Driving with license suspended. 100 block of 128th St. SE. Mill Creek police stopped a Woodinville resident for investigation of prior theft. It was determined during the stop that the driver had two outstanding warrants and was driving with a suspended license. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
Dec. 14
Theft. 15000 block of 32nd Avenue SE. Man reported theft of a holiday lawn ornament.
Drug possession. 1600 block 132nd St. SE. An Everett man was stopped for defective equipment. He gave police a false name and was arrested. He was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and marijuana. He was booked into jail.
Vehicle prowl. 1500 block Country Club Dr. SE. A woman reported her car was damaged when someone attempted to break into it.
Traffic. 15800 block of Mill Creek Blvd. Mill Creek police responded to a two-car non-injury accident. An Everett resident was exiting a parking lot and made a right turn into the side of a Mill Creek resident’s vehicle. During the accident investigation, police learned that the Everett driver’s license was suspended. He was cited for being suspended and not having insurance and released at the scene.

DUI. 13700 block of SR527. Mill Creek resident arrested for DUI.
Dec. 12
Theft from auto.15000 block of Village Green Drive. Mill Creek officers responded to a report of a vehicle prowl in a local neighborhood. Officers arrived and found that the victim’s vehicle had been left unlocked and rummaged through. Several items, valued at $307 were missing.
Mental Hold. 2000 block 158th St SE. Mill Creek police responded to a disturbance regarding a man holding a sword in his front yard. The man was taken to a local hospital for a mental evaluation.
Fraud. 16320 SR 527. A Mill Creek man reported he had lost his wallet at McDonalds and that someone had attempted to use his credit card.
Theft. 157th Pl SE. Man reported the theft of a lawn decoration.
Theft. 1500 block 138th St. SE. Student from a local school reported the theft of items from a gym locker. Amount of loss was $300.
Dec. 11
Traffic. Mill Creek Road and 15 Drive SE. A school bus driver reported that a vehicle passed the bus while the bus stop sign and red lights were flashing.
Shoplifting. 1600 block of SR 527. An employee of a Mill Creek business reported the theft of a digital camera.
Dec. 10
Property Damage. 2200 block of 143 Place SE. A Mill Creek resident reported someone has continuously cut the wires of the Christmas lights in his front and back yard.
Shoplifting. 1000 block of 164th St SE. A Mill Creek business reported someone had stolen items from the establishment.
Theft. 1300 block of SR 527. Mill Creek police responded to a shoplift at a local grocery store. An Everett juvenile was taken into custody and charges will be referred to prosecutors.
