Lynnwood could be Baltic Avenue

If the state’s recent primary and caucuses haven’t whetted your appetite for elections, then go to www. monopoly.com, which is holding a vote to choose 20 cities from around the world for a new global Monopoly game.
Snohomish County was snubbed and didn’t make the ballot. But the top 20 write-ins will compete for a low-rent spot on the board.
You could try Woodway, but it would refuse any spot on the first half of the board. But if Everett were to win, there would actually be a way to afford to build a house here.
And it’s time for a couple of corrections:
A man’s collection of 3 million vinyl records didn’t fetch $3 million in an eBay auction, as reported Saturday. It turns out the bid wasn’t legitimate.
Either that or the bidder found out the collection includes 2 million Jefferson Starship records.
And correcting a Buzz item from last week, an alert reader points out that “Everwood” actor Chris Pratt does have his rightful place in the Lake Stevens Hall of Fame.
Now if we can just get Everett to build that richly deserved Kenny Loggins statue, we’ll be all set.
