Police beat

The following is a selection of police incidents which occurred in the past week in the cities of Lynnwood and/or Mountlake Terrace.

May 12

Theft. 19100 block of Highway 99. Someone reported two wheels and tires were stolen from a moving truck company.

Malicious mischief. 7300 block of Heinz Pl. Someone reported unknown persons broke a window out of a vehicle. Nothing was reported stolen.

Vehicle prowl. 17100 block of 37th Ave. W. Someone reported unknown persons broke into their vehicle and stole a purse, cash and stereo.

May 11

Malicious mischief. 5600 block of 181st St. SW. Someone reported unknown persons broke a window in their van.

Vehicle recovered. 18600 block of Alderwood Mall Parkway. A vehicle that was stolen from Snohomish County was recovered in Lynnwood by an officer.

May 9

Drugs. 5700 block of 168th St. SW. Some juveniles were caught smoking marijuana in a city park.
