Terrace grad debuts strong

Mountlake Terrace graduate Janelle Munnis scored a pair of goals and assisted on another to lead the Seattle Sounders women’s soccer team to a 3-0 victory over the Arizona Heatwave in Seattle’s home opener May 17 at Seahawks Stadium.

Teammate Caroline Putz had the assist on both of Munnis’ goals, which were scored in the first 20 minutes of the game.
