Territory folk should stick together: As if we needed another reason to ridicule Oklahoma, it turns out U.S. Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Surrey With the Fringe on Top, had been the sole roadblock to the Wild Sky Wilderness area.
Coburn was acting out of jealousy, but it’s to be expected in a state where the closest thing to wilderness is the KOA Kampground in Tulsa.

Holding pattern: Boeing has again pushed back its deadline for the 787, but this time analysts say the new schedule sounds more realistic.
Not that it will matter much. At the rate airlines are canceling flights and declaring bankruptcy, Boeing can take all the time it needs.
Police used a stun gun to end a ruckus at a wedding reception that involved the band.
