Rachael Ray’s diabolical secret plot

Dunkin’ Donuts wants you to know that Rachael Ray is not a terrorist, even though she may have looked like one in an ad.

But still, there is something sinister lurking behind that perky exterior. Oh, Rachael does want to kill, but she wants to do it slowly — by dreaming up irresistible, artery-clogging ways to use cheese.

Comcast wasn’t feeling very Comcastic on Thursday after hackers took over the company’s Web page.

The company said it was working feverishly to find out who the guilty parties were and make sure their cable went out right in the middle of the “Lost” season finale.

First it was a movie and a book; now Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth” is destined to be an opera. An Italian composer began work to adapt the global warming story after noticing Gore’s increasing resemblance to the late Luciano Pavarotti.

It’s actually fitting that opera is tackling global warming. As the saying goes, it ain’t over till the fat lady sings. And if you believe most of the scientists, she’s just off-stage, tuning up her vocal cords.
