Locker not 100 precent yet, but expects to be for Oregon

Jake Locker talked with reporters for the first time since injuring his hamstring a week and a half ago, and said he is progressing well, having not had any setbacks.
Locker said he’s allowed to sprint yet, but when asked if he would be 100 percent by the time Washington plays Oregon on Aug. 30 he responded, “I don’t expect to be anything less.”
A few other notes:
DT Cameron Elisara missed yesterdays practice while tending to some academic issues, Tyrone Willingham said. Willingham said Elisara could be back as soon as today.
Defensive backs coach J.D. Williams talked safeties with reporters today, and said that, if the team played today, the starting safeties would probably be Nate Williams and Darin Harris. Victor Aiyewa started fall as the likely starting strong safety alongside Williams, but he has been slowed by a groin injury. Jason Wells, who is still coming back from a torn ACL, is also in the mix, but is not apparently all the way recovered. Walk-on Tripper Johnson is also expected to compete for playing time at safty.
