Tuesday afternoon practice notes

Well, I know I said we may be hearing news on EJ Savannah today, but it’s beginning to look like that will have to wait until tomorrow or later in the week. Savannah was not at practice today, so even if he is coming back to the team soon, don’t expect to see him play against Oklahoma.

Safety Victor Aiyewa (groin), cornerback Byron Davenport (ankle) and tailback Chris Polk (shoulder) were not at practice. Darin Harris (concussion) was there, but obviously was not in pads or participating.
