This week’s featured new home is a condominium located on the second floor of Riverstreet Plaza, in the historic district of downtown Snohomish.

Entrance to the 1,377-square-foot home is gained from a common area that provides access via an elevator and staircase. Two secure parking spaces per unit are provided.

Built by Marhart Properties, the condominium includes a master suite, two additional bedrooms served by a full bath, a kitchen, an informal eating area, a living room, a laundry room and a balcony-style deck.
