Oklahoma 34, Washington 0 at halftime
Sorry once again, but the internet problems continue, as does the whipping Oklahoma is handing the Huskies.
For those wondering, Jake Locker only got the wind knocked out of him, and he will return.
He’s 10 for 17 for 107 yards and has rushed for 14 (he’s actually gained 30, but lost 16 on sacks).
David Freeman has 28 rushing yards to lead Washington.
Devin Aguilar is one of the few (ok, maybe the only) bright spot for the Huskies. The redshirt freshman has five catches for 71 yards.
Chris Brown has 93 rushing yards to lead Oklahoma, and DeMarco Murray isn’t far behind with 83. The Sooners have rushed for 188 yards and have 330 yards of total offense.
This may be in on the blog until postgame depending on how the internet holds up.

Yikes, this is getting bad. Juan Garcia, who has bounced several snaps at Jake Locker’s feet today, just did it again, and Locker couldn’t pick this one up, leading to the third turnover of the half for the Huskies.
And just like they’ve done the rest of the day, the Sooners capitalize, scoring on a Mossis Madu run. Oh, and Madu? He’s Oklahoma’s third-string running back. And yes, it is still the first half.
Sooners up big early

Anyway, not a lot of good news for the Huskies in this game. Oklahoma is simply taking it to Washington right now, leading 27-0 with 3:52 left in the half.
Washington is struggling to move the ball (117 yards of offense) and when the Huskies have gained yardage, they’ve given the ball up. Jake Locker fumbled after a 19-yard run, which set up an Oklahoma touchdown, and D’Andre Goodwin fumbled after a 23-yard catch, leading to the Sooners’ most recent score.
Oklahoma’s offense looks to be as good as advertised, piling up 306 yards so far this half, and depending on what Washington does here, the Sooners could get a chance to add to that total before halftime.
Jordan Polk, who had to be helped off the field with an ankle injury after a long return, is back in the game.
Also worth noting, freshman Johri Fogerson started the game at safety.
