SPOKANE — Kevin Lopina will start at quarterback when the Washington State University football team plays host to No. 6 Southern Cal on Saturday in Pullman.
That’s after Marshall Lobbestael suffered torn knee ligaments last weekend at Oregon State. Lopina has missed the past three games after breaking a bone in his back, but is now cleared to play.
Coach Paul Wulff says that if Lopina goes down, he will pull the redshirt off freshman J.T. Levenseller.
