Girls soccer
Karissa Thomas of South Whidbey scored four goals in a 7-0 win over Sultan and two in a 5-4 win over King’s.
Boys cross country
Brian Sutter of Monroe had the fastest boys time, winning the seniors race in the North County meet in 16 minutes, 26.89 seconds over the 3.1-mile course at Cedarcrest Golf Course.
Girls cross country
Suzanna Ohlsen of Monroe had the fastest girls time, winning the sophomores race in the North County meet in 19 minutes, 1.74 seconds over the 3.1-mile course at Cedarcrest Golf Course.
Football
Aaron Frye of Cascade carried 21 times for 247 yards and two touchdowns in a 26-7 win over Shorewood.
Volleyball
Lynsey Rohrbach of Meadowdale had 16 kills in a 3-1 win over Shorewood and 12 in a 3-0 win over Glacier Peak.
Boys tennis
John Pham of Cascade won at No. 2 singles in a 4-3 win over Oak Harbor at a 4-3 win over Marysville-Pilchuck.
Girls swimming
Alana Pazevic of Jackson swam on two winning relay teams and swam 4A state meet qualifying times of 24.89 seconds and 57.37 seconds in winning the 50-yard freestyle and 100 butterfly races in a 119-51 win over Marysville-Pilchuck.
