Local therapist acheives PhD

Dale R. Todd of Marysville has earned his Doctorate in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from Northcentral University in Prescott Valley, Arizona. He is President/Owner of Phoenix Counseling Consultants, Inc., a state-certified domestic violence treatment program located in Everett. In business since 1999, Todd frequently testifies as an expert in family violence in Superior, District, and Municipal Courts. He is a masters level certified clinical criminal justice specialist with 28 years of experience working in law enforcement, criminal justice and domestic violence. He serves as a technical advisor for SIG Homeland Security.
