Huskies finally make it to Pullman

The Huskies play Washington State in their Pac-10 opener tomorrow, and apparently getting to Pullman (actually, the team hotel is in Moscow, Idaho, a few miles across the boarder) was a bit of an adventure. The team’s Horizon Air flight to Pullman was diverted to Lewiston, and the team had to take a bus from there. That bus trip wasn’t easy either, as the highways around their are rather trecherous right now (the last part I can attest to personally, as I just returned from northern Idaho and saw plenty of cars spun off the road.

But the Huskies are safely in their hotel now and will take on the Cougars tomorrow afternoon.
