Car plows into Mukilteo business

MUKILTEO — A car Monday afternoon wound up inside a copy store and injured one woman.
A red Honda CR-V crashed through the front window of a UPS Store about 3:15 p.m. at a strip mall in the 13600 block of Mukilteo Speedway, said Snohomish County Fire District 1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes.
“The entire car was inside the store,” she said.
The car was in the parking lot outside before it hit the building.
Medics drove one employee, a woman in her 30s, to a hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries, Hynes said. The lone driver of the Honda wasn’t hurt.
Snohomish County sheriff’s investigators were working to determine what caused the crash, Hynes said.
