Christina Rayner of Arlington pitched a one-hitter, struck out 17 batters and drove in the game’s only run in a 1-0 win over Everett.
Boys golf
Reid Martin of Kamiak shot a 3-under-par 69 over 18 holes at Harbour Pointe Golf Course to medal in a three-team Wesco tournament.
Girls golf
Jennifer Lee of Sultan score 31 Stableford points over nine holes at Blue Boy Golf Course to medal in a Cascade Conference meet against Lakewood and 34 over nine holes at Blue Blue in a league meet against South Whidbey.
Girls tennis
Alexis Mallos and Brianne Loomis of Cascade came back from a first-set defeat to win a third-set tiebreaker to win at No. 2 doubles in a 5-2 win over Everett.
Boys soccer
Max Doolittle of Edmonds-Woodway scored all three goals in a 3-0 win over Lynnwood.
Baseball
Jon Van Eyk of Arlington pitched a three-hitter and batted 3-for-3 with a double, home run and four RBI in an 8-1 victory over Snohomish.
Boys track
Gage Donovan of Kamiak won the 100-meter dash, long jump and triple jump and ran a leg for the winning 400 relay team to help the Knights place first in a three-team Wesco meet.
Girls track
Sarah Schireman of Archbishop Murphy won the 100-meter dash, 300 hurdles and long jump and ran on the winning 1,600 relay team in a Cascade Conference dual meet with Coupeville.
