New shows on TV and a new bill from Comcast

That’s Comcastic! Comcast cable TV customers will notice about a 3 percent increase in their monthly bills starting in October. Comcast says the boost reflects the “increased cost of doing business.”
But really, isn’t it worth a little more to have to keep track of and navigate two remotes?

Pass the bread sticks: College football’s Motor City Bowl in Detroit, Mich., in the past sponsored by Chrysler and GM, is now the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl, after the two automakers pulled out because of financial difficulties.
Unfortunately, renaming Detroit’s big game for Little Caesars is fitting: The only thing made in Detroit any more is pizza.
