A new documentary called “Collapse” introduces us to one Michael Ruppert, who claims that declining resources of fossil fuel will mean the end of civilization as we know it.
Herald film critic Robert Horton reports that Ruppert chain-smokes throughout the picture. He probably just wants to make sure he’s not around when the fit hits the shan.
