Tips fans asked to aid fallen officers

On Friday, Mar. 12, the Silvertips will be holding a fundraiser for fallen law enforcement officers.
A new fund is being created for the surviving families of Snohomish County officers killed in the line of duty. The Tips are doing their part to help jump start the fund. Half the cost of each ticket to the Mar. 12 game against the Seattle Thunderbirds bought through this promotion will go toward the fund.
The last day to order tickets that go towards the fund is Wednesday. For more information contact Devon Wold in the Silvertips office at 425-609-2804.
