Google, which owns YouTube, has announced it’s making the video-sharing Web site more user-friendly by getting rid of clutter and simplifying it.
And once that’s ready, YouTube will ask people who submit videos of their pets, toddlers and drunken roommates to pay a little attention to basic lighting and sound quality and limit video titles to one “LOL, this is so stoopid.”

Can it double as a tanker? The Air Force soon plans to launch a robotic spacecraft, built by Boeing, that resembles a small version of the space shuttle. But so far no one knows just what the Boeing X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle will be used for.
But, then, not having a clear idea of its potential uses didn’t stop Apple from making the iPad.
