Ken Baldwin will serve as general manager for Frontier Communications in Everett. Frontier acquired Verizon’s landline operations and is the county’s new phone company. Tim Travaille of Frontier, responsible for the Frontier-Verizon integration, said Baldwin has a strong record of customer advocacy.
Debra L. Johnson has been named an executive vice president and chief financial officer for Everett-based Cascade Financial Corp. She has served as interim CFO. “Debbie’s proven performance as a senior level executive and CFO, along with her understanding of the dynamics of community banking, makes her an exceptional choice,” said Carol K. Nelson, Cascade president and CEO.
