Ryan Murray playing for gold

Tips defenseman Ryan Murray is going for gold at the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament. Murray is serving as the captain of Canada’s U-18 team, which defeated the Czech Republic 6-2 today in the semifinals. Murray had an assist in the game. Canada is now 4-0 in the tournament, outscoring its opponents 25-9.
Canada faces the United States in the championship game Saturday morning. That game can be followed on the Hockey Canada website.
