DUVALL — Mariah Smith got Lakewood on the board in the 12th minute and Abby Burke added an insurance goal in the 57th minute to lead the Cougars to victory in their first Cascade Conference game of the season. Miranda Head got the shutout for Lakewood (1-0 league, 2-0-1 overall). Jordan Cleman and Marissa Keefe each spent 40 minutes in goal for Cedarcrest (0-1, 0-2-1).
