MARYSVILLE — The Tomahawks won the non-league match by scores 25-18, 25-8 and 25-20. Katie Peterson had 16 digs, two aces and was 15-for-15 in serving attempts. Kate Vavrousek had eight kills, Sammy Minnig had nine kills and four blocks and Lexi Fitzmaurice had 31 assists for Marysville-Pilchuck (2-0 overall). Allison Rutz had seven kills, Maddie Houvener had 18 assists and Selma Tanjo had 10 digs for the Warriors (1-3).
