SHORELINE — Mountlake Terrace earned a Wesco 3A league win by shutting out Shorecrest (7-4 league, 7-6 overall). Freshman Maddy Kristjanson scored in the 42nd minute to break a scoreless tie at the outset of the second half and a goal in the 72nd minute by Erin Russell gave the Hawks an extra cushion. Keeper Takara Mitsui earned the shutout for Terrace (2-7, 2-9).
