Prep girls soccer: Stanwood 3, Marysville-Pilchuck 1

MARYSVILLE — Stanwood got three second-half goals to overcome a first-half deficit in a Wesco North game against Marysville-Pilchuck (9-6 league, 10-6 overall). Becca Lentz scored in the 36th minute (Krista Riozzi assist) to give Marysville the 1-0 lead at halftime. But Stanwood’s Ashley Hughes tied it in the 58th minute and freshman forward Lauren Allison followed in the 60th minute with a goal to give the Spartans a lead they wouldn’t relinquish. Allison added a late goal for Stanwood (7-8, 7-9).
