2 rescued after truck flips into creek near Auburn

AUBURN — Emergency officials in the Auburn area say two injured people have been rescued from Covington Creek after passers-by spotted a pickup truck overturned in the water and jumped in to right it. KING-TV says the Good Samaritans acted Monday afternoon before paramedics arrived.
Officials say the truck hit a guardrail, causing it to flip into the creek.
