You can catch Cirque du Soleil’s “Quidam” today, Saturday and Sunday at Comcast Arena. The show features a cast of 52 acrobats, musicians, singers and characters.

Be a lighthouse volunteer: Training for new and returning Mukilteo Lighthouse volunteers is planned from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the lighthouse.

The training will cover both the lighthouse and the gift shop. Volunteer commitment is one day a month, April through September.

Celebrate: Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will break ground Saturday on the new church building in Mukilteo. The old building was destroyed by arson in October. All are invited to the ceremony at 11 a.m. at 11001 Harbour Pointe Blvd.

Memorial concert tonight: The Marysville Kiwanis Club is planning a concert to showcase some of the community’s young musicians, while raising funds for student vocational-technical scholarships.

The Kenneth J. Ploeger Kiwanis Memorial Scholarship Concert is planned for 7 tonight in the Marysville-Pilchuck High School Auditorium, 5611 108th St.

The lineup includes the Marysville Jazz Bands, and special guest the Eastern Washington University Jazz Band.

Donations of canned goods or other nonperishable food items for the Marysville Community Food Bank will also be accepted at the concert.
