OAK HARBOR — Josh Evans pitched a complete-game shutout, allowing just six hits and striking out seven to lead Oak Harbor to the Wesco 3A victory. Senior Ryan Byrne provided a clutch hit in the sixth, breaking the game open with a three-RBI double. Oak Harbor (1-0 league, 3-1 overall) catcher Sam Glavick batted 2-for-3 with two runs scored. Shorecrest fell to 0-1, 2-4.
