Prep boys soccer: Stanwood 4, Edmonds-Woodway 1

STANWOOD — Miki Brown opened the scoring with a goal in the 17th minute as Stanwood (1-6 league, 2-6 overall) won the Wesco 4A match. Austin Schorsch, Riley Swenson, and Wolde Brown each added a goal for the Spartans. The lone goal for Edmonds-Woodway (1-5, 1-6) was scored in the 71st minute by Andrew Song.
