MILL CREEK — Jackson’s Jason Todd struck out three batters and allowed just three hits in a complete-game victory. Sam Brown hit a double and scored for the Timberwolves. Conor Plaisance singled twice in two at bats, giving him a third of Jackson’s six hits.
