SEAN WHITE

Glacier Peak | Boys track

White won the 800-meter run to help his team finish first in a three-team meet with Mountlake Terrace and Edmonds-Woodway and finished first in the 1,600 at the Pasco Invitational.

NATASHA CALDWELL

Cascade | Girls track

Caldwell won the javelin in a three-team meet with Oak Harbor and Monroe and also had the top throw at the Eason Invitational.

SHANNON HAUKAP

Meadowdale | Softball

Haukap tripled twice, hit for the cycle, scored three runs and drove in five in a 10-4 win over Lynnwood.

GUY SHIVELY

Jackson | Boys soccer

Shively had a goal and an assist in a 5-1 win over Arlington and two goals in a 3-2 overtime win over Lake Stevens.

BLAKE SNELL

Shorewood | Baseball

Snell pitched a two-hit shutout, struck out 19 batters and had a double in three at bats in a 7-0 win over Oak Harbor.

RUDY CAPARAS

Lynnwood | Boys golf

Caparas shot a 2-under-par 63 over 18 holes at Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course to help his team finish first in a four-team meet with Shorecrest, Everett and Mountlake Terrace.

CASSIE McKINLEY

Shorewood | Girls golf

McKinley scored 33 Stableford points over nine holes at Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course to lead her team to first place in a four-team meet with Shorecrest, Mountlake Terrace and Meadowdale.

AUDRA BORSEN

Lynnwood | Girls tennis

Borsen won a second-set tiebreaker to win at No. 4 singles, giving her team a 4-3 win over Mountlake Terrace.
