Prep boys soccer: South Whidbey 3, Lakewood 1

MARYSVILLE — South Whidbey (5-5 league, 7-5 overall) center forward Pat Myagt notched a hat trick with goals in the seventh, 50th and 70th minutes while keeper T.J. Russell had 12 saves for the Falcons. Russell stopped a Lakewood (3-7, 4-8) penalty kick early in the second half which would have tied the score at 1-1. Myagt made it 2-0 minutes later. Lakewood scored in the 60th minute.
