Prep baseball: Marysville Pilchuck 5, Kamiak 4

MARYSVILLE — Riley McKinley hit a two-run double in the fifth inning and Kyle Miller hit a solo home run in the sixth inning to lead Marsyville Pilchuck to victory in the 4A District 1 loser-out game. Kamiak rallied in the top of the seventh inning, scoring two runs before the Tomahawks secured the victory. Jacob Bettencourt batted 2-for-3 with an RBI for Kamiak, and Brian Black added an RBI and was 2-for-2 for the Knights. Marysville Pilchuck plays Mariner on Saturday at 1 p.m. in a loser-out game.
