Storm vs. Silver Stars: 3rd quarter

The Silver Stars made their run, but it was a big quarter for Sue Bird, who scored eight of her 13 points in the period including a three-pointer with 0.5 seconds remaining.

The Storm lead 60-52, which is quite manageable for the Silver Stars, but the momentum is all on the side of the Storm after Bird’s big shot to close the third. The fourth quarter is typically when the Storm fans push the team to victory, I don’t expect tonight to be any different.
