The Obama administration proposes turning thousands of government-owned foreclosures into rental properties to help boost falling home prices across the nation.
This is excellent news for the Republicans, who now can add “Took three entire days to fix the leaky water heater at the 2344 NE Sycamore house” to their list of grievances against the president.
