Armed man robs Mukilteo coffee stand

MUKILTEO — A barista reported being held up at gunpoint Monday morning at an espresso stand in Mukilteo.
The robbery happened around 7:30 a.m. in the 11600 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.
A man in a Hyundai sedan drove up to the stand and demanded money from the barista. He pulled
out a handgun and pointed the weapon at the victim, Mukilteo police officer Cheol Kang said.
The suspect ordered the barista to turn around and then he drove off. The woman was unable to get a license plate number.
The man is described as white and has long, black hair. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt and a backward baseball hat. The barista reported that the man had bad teeth. There also was a passenger in the car who wore a black hooded sweatshirt. The barista also noticed that there was a hockey-type or Halloween mask in the back seat.
The car was last seen headed southbound on Harbour Pointe Boulevard.
