BOTHELL — Hayley Ayers scored in the 12th minute and Everett’s defense behind keeper Katie Johnson made the goal stand up in the Seagulls’ Wesco 3A win over Meadowdale (6-3 league, 6-3 overall). Everett improved to 8-0-1 in league and overall and stayed ahead of Shorecrest for the league lead.
