Prep girls basketball: Stanwood 65, Monroe 40

STANWOOD — Stanwood had three girls in double-figures led by senior guard Renee Lucero, who finished with 18 as it upended Monroe. Paisley Heckman chipped in 16 points for the Spartans and Rachel Swartz added 14.
