Humor often in eye of beholder

So one letter on Friday says that the letter writer is “not prone to laughter these days” but that Larry Simoneaux’s column from Monday made her do just that.

Well, I think I laugh plenty these days, but even so, I got a big chuckle out of the letter from the fellow who agreed with Debra Saunders that global warming is a “hoax” and who praises Charles Krauthammer for “carrying the truth.” Thank you, whoever you are, for getting my Friday off to a great start, even if it was completely unintended!
