Take your pick of two document shredding events on Saturday, one of which also includes recycling of old electronics.
The U.S. Postal Service and E-Waste LLC will team up for a free electronics recycling event this Saturday. Shred-it will also be there to shred documents. Come join us at the USPS Everett location, 3102 Hoyt Ave. Computers, monitors, TVs, laptops and cell phones will be accepted at no charge. Other electronics will be accepted and recycled for $5.
In Marysville, Windermere Real Estate will hold a free document shredding event 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Documents and discs will be professionally shredded by Confidential Data Disposal Inc. Refreshments will be served. Windermere Real Estate is located at 801 State Ave. in Marysville.
