Prep baseball: Lakewood 9, South Whidbey 8

LANGLEY — Zach Smith had two doubles for Lakewood in a Cascade Conference win. South Whidbey had a huge sixth inning, scoring eight to tie the game, but were unable break through for the win. The Falcons gave up a run in the top of the 8th and struck out 1-2-3 in the bottom half of the inning.
