EVERETT — Alexis Michael broke the game open with a three-run homer in the fifth inning and Glacier Peak tacked on five runs in the seventh to win a non-league game over Cascade. Grizzlies pitcher Kaylee Lawson threw a complete-game shutout, allowing just four singles.
