Now we can file for bankruptcy

The “Unaffordable” Care Act was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court. The court ruled you could be forced to buy medical insurance and it would be considered a tax. The court ruled that Congress now has the power to “tax us to death” and it would be considered legal.
The Democrat-controlled Senate has not passed a federal budget in three years. They just keep borrowing money and raising the debt limit to keep the United States open for business.
I believe the United States should follow Stockton, California’s lead and file for bankruptcy. Why can’t our federal government be forced to pass a balanced budget yearly?
God help America!
