Refund a sliver of fee charged to me

Oh! Joy! Rapture!

I am one of (Bank of America’s) consumers getting (a) refund over dodgy credit card fees. (Dec. 11 article, “Consumers getting refunds over dodgy credit card fees.”)

I rushed to my mailbox to see what might there; when to my wondering eyes should appear, but a check from BofA made out to me; for seven dollars plus cents 53.

When I recovered from my shock I went to the mall to buy a pair of ruby slippers.
