Note: Line combinations and defensive pairings are not provided during the playoffs.

EVERETT

Forwards: Mappin, Sandhu, Low, Leedahl, Petryk, Bauml, Stadnyk, Soumelidis, Winquist, Aasman, Oslanski, MacDonald.

Defensemen: Nikkel, Cox, Betker, Zipp, Mueller, Adam.

Goaltenders: Lotz (starting), Cotton.

Scratches: Juulsen, Skapski, Hayer, Grayson, Harrison, Davis.

Notes: One change for Everett as Cole MacDonald comes in for the injured Manraj Hayer (finger). MacDonald plays as a forward, meaning the Tips play two d-men up front, with MacDonald joining Landon Oslanski. Austin Lotz returns to goal after being pulled after two periods in Game 3. Overage winger Ryan Harrison (concussion) remains out, while winger Mitch Skapski tweaked his upper-body issue.

PORTLAND

Forwards: Bittner, Rattie, De Leo, De Champlain, Kopeck, Iverson, Baker, Petan, Leier, Peters, Bjorkstrand, Leipsic.

Defensemen: Rutkowski, Jones, Hanson, MacPherson, Wotherspoon, Pouliot.

Goaltenders: Carruth (starting), Burke.

Scratches: Schoenborn, Turgeon, Mahon, Vorobev, Viveiros, Schamerhorn.

Notes: Portland fields the same full-strength lineup for the third straight game. No reason to mess with success.
