Silvertips renew lease

The Tips have signed a five-year lease extension with Comcast Arena, ensuring they remain in Everett through the 2017-18 season.
Everett’s initial 10-year lease with the building was up after the end of the season. I don’t think there was much danger that this wasn’t going to get done.
